Emergency Response Drill in Downtown San Francisco
It seems there's always something interesting going on in San Francisco. While walking around downtown this afternoon around 3:00pm or so, the following was the scene.
According to one officer, it was an all-encompassing emergency drill, which included elements from the area's various emergency response departments, such as fire department, police, decontamination unit, paramedics, and even some military personnel.
Several streets were closed off; the drill seemed to encompass the area for several blocks in the vicinity of Pine & Montgomery.
